Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
I have a great location and offer better service. If you are covered for remedial massage with your health fund then I can offer an automatic claim! See the full list of supported health funds.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have over eight years of experience in massage working internationally in the areas of relaxation, remedial and energy work.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in remedial massage – primarily using myofascial release to reduce tension and pain. Many clients appreciate myofascial release for achieving the same results as deep tissue without the associated discomfort.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I have set pricing as follows: $59 for 30 minutes, $79 for 45 minutes, $99 for an hour and $139 for 90 minutes. Prices are inclusive of GST.
What makes your pricing competitive?
For someone of my training and experience with an excellent location I am quite affordable. For those with private health insurance covering remedial massage the price is very reasonable.
How can a customer save money before you start the work?
Come in at least 5 minutes early to complete your new customer form so you get as much time on the table as possible!
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
All I need to know is how long you would like to have a massage for: 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes?
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I am fully insured with professional indemnity and public and products liability insurance. I am also an active member of the largest professional massage association in Australia (AAMT)
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
My experience, training and track record all contribute to the fact that I am the most trustworthy person for the job.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Any changes to your booking (cancel or reschedule) must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking otherwise you will be charged 50% of the booking value.
Last minute “no show” will incur a fee of 100% of the original booking value.
This policy is necessary as late cancellations can waste a lot of time and money.
Do you charge more for bookings on Sundays and Public Holidays?
Yes, a 15% surcharge is applied to all bookings on Sundays and Public Holidays.
