My Recommended Health Apps

Here are the health apps I use regularly:

Insight Timer – An excellent meditation timer and community including free guided meditations

Universal Breathing – Pranayama – A great pranayama (breath extension) counter

HIIT Interval Training Timer – A simple, free timer for doing interval training that I use at the gym

These apps have really helped me be consistent with my meditation and pranayama.

I hope you find them useful also!

All of them have free versions.

I have upgraded insight timer and universal breathing for about $5 each but you can definitely get a lot out of the free versions as well.
